Our goal was to create a brand that would capture the essence of the vibrant Norwalk Hubbell Realty development property called Holland Pointe.
We started with a comprehensive research and analysis of the development's location, target audience, and unique selling points. This helped us to identify the key elements that would shape the brand design, including the community's essence and surrounding environment.
